Before serial production, at least one full standard bay of the ZAM ground-mount solar mounting system shall be trial-assembled in the factory to verify:
1. Dimensional precision and compatibility of individual parts
2. Manufacturability and on-site assembly practicability as defined in the design documentation
3. ZAM coating integrity at punched, cut and contact surfaces arising from assembly
4. Uniform torque performance across the bolted joint system
5. Suitability of the proposed packaging and logistics solution
